So I actually haven’t worn my hair curly since getting this box. However, I did apply Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper Leave In Conditioner to the ends of my hair before bed the other night. It absorbed well enough over night, didn’t leave my hair greasy feeling, and added some moisture back. Update on how it works as a scrunch method product or curl reviver coming soon.
Having never heard of the brand before, but having spent a lot of time traveling the friendly skies the past few weeks, I was intrigued. Because of all the circulated air I’ve been exposed to, not only have my sinuses been killing me, but my skin has been acting like a rebeleous teenager. Dry, flakey, red, and breaking out on top of it. I ended up loving how rich the Air Repair Complexion Boosting Moisturizer was. It sank in pretty quickly, and really did boost my complexion.
I feel like between my two subscription boxes, I have been inundated with SuperGoop as of late. While I like the idea of anti-aging, I feel like I don’t need that as my primary focus just yet. So the Anti-Aging Eye Cream was promptly passed along to my mother, who has been loving it. She reported no stinging and was happy it didn’t leave a white mask when applied.
I was most excited about getting the R+Co Death Valley Dry Shampoo. I honesty don’t know how I feel about it yet either. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. I think it’s because it’s not a heavy duty product. The good news is that it leaves zero residue. The bad news is that I had to use a lot more than I’m used to for it to be effective.
Simple and sweet thoughts on the LAQA & Co Cheeky Lip Pencil in Cray Cray: I loved the actual product, but the shade is just too orange for my complexion. It went on nice and creamy, but washed me out something fierce.
