Here Goes Nothing, I’m Moving To LA

You guys, I’m moving to LA. Even though it’s been a possibility for a while, it still feels surreal now that it’s finally happening. Of course if you follow me on social media, you probably already knew this. Somehow writing a blog post about it feels so much more permanent and well, scary, than tweeting about the annoyances of trying to find a room to rent via Craigslist.

Technically that photo is of Palm Springs (recap coming this Sunday), but apparently I was a little too preoccupied while I was actually in LA to take photos. Finding a place to live in a little under two weeks is kind of nerve racking…

Despite how utterly terrified I am since it’s such a big change, I haven’t been as excited for something in a while either. To say I’m looking forward to a new challenge, a new environment, and specifically my new job is a humongous understatement. Seriously, so, so, so excited!!!

So I hope you guys understand if I’m not quite as present on social media and may not be completely on schedule with my blog posts over the next week and a half. I’ll do my best to keep you guys all in the loop, and might even try periscoping parts of the 16 hour drive from PDX to LA.
