If you haven’t heard of the Liebster Award, you’ve probably been living under a rock. Just kidding. However, it’s basically a tag that encourages the blogger community to engage with each other and promote other smaller sized blogs. Shout out to the lovely Holly over at A Pretty Little Life! It was fun reading your answers and finding out a little more about you! If you haven’t checked out her blog yet, she has a good variety of posts and writes about crafts, food (who doesn’t love a good post about cheese?), and beauty too. Thanks for the tag!

My Answers:
1. What is your favourite colour?
This is an easy one. Tiffany blue.
2. What do you usually eat for breakfast?
Confession time? I usually don’t eat breakfast since I’m not terribly hungry in the mornings. It’s terrible, I know. Usually it’s just a large cup of coffee. Sometimes there’s a croissant if I’m getting the coffee from a cafe instead of making it at home.
3. What’s your favourite type of cake?
CHEESECAKE. Topped with strawberries and amaretto drizzled over the top? Perfection. There is little that make me happier in the world than cheese (in most forms including the cake variety), and shoes.
4. If you could travel to anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
I think it’d be easier to list off the places I don’t want to see. Possibly the Yukon, or other derelict freezing locales come to mind. If it’s not one of those, chances are I’d like to visit at some point. Right now, I’m pining for a nice beachfront and a cocktail.
5. What’s your favourite animal?
I spend entirely too much time browsing Imgur, right now the hive mind has me liking owls. They are oddly cute little animals.
6. What’s your favourite candle scent?
Anything that smells like fresh laundry: linen, clean cotton, etc. I’m a sucker for that smell, which is ironic because I’m not terribly fond of actually doing the laundry…
7. What’s your favourite book?
The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.
8. What is your favourite season; summer, spring, autumn or winter? And why?
Summer. My absolute favorite thing is laying out in the sunshine and reading a book. Bonus points depending on beverage provided.
9. What is your best trait?
This is a toughie. You know when people ask you for your favorite music, but so much of that depends on what mood you’re in, and so your mind goes blank? Even though you obviously have favorites? Yeah, that’s where I am with this question. I’ll get back to it eventually.
10. What’s your # 1 joke?
“Two scientists walk into a bar. The first says, “I’ll have some H2O.” The second says, “I’ll also have a glass of water.” The first scientist stares at his drink, angry that his assassination plan has failed.”
11. If you could be any celebrity who would you be and why?
Kristen Bell. I like how she and her little family try their best to stay low key. She’s also smart, gorgeous, witty, and well spoken.
